Rev. Matt Miller (Psalm 1) The psalms are the worship book for God’s people. Songs of thanksgiving, lament, confidence, and praise give us words to exalt God and to draw near to him in times of sorrow. This summer, we’ll consider a few of them to understand more of the worship life of God’s people. Much more than singing, our worship is a response to God’s great love for us.
